For the optimisation of wellbeing and quality of life, the apartments and penthouses are equipped with Busch-free@home®. The various blinds, lights, heating, air-conditioning, door communication and apartment ambience can be operated by wall-mounted switches, with the laptop or by smartphone.

When designing the apartments, Libeskind focussed on the one hand on the intimacy and private sphere offered to the future residents, and also on the creation of habitable artworks. Urban design
Libeskind’s architectural concept goes well beyond the external appearance of the buildings. The interiors and exteriors melt into a total concept. Entrance halls and staircases create crossovers from outside life into the residents’ intimate private spheres. The high specification fit-out in the apartments includes solid parquet floors, underfloor heating, smart home technology, designer ceramics in the bathrooms, wood and aluminium-framed windows, security package etc. An optional extra is an individually tailored extension to the fitted kitchen, which also bears the unmistakable signature of Daniel Libeskind.
